Week 2 at the Tower.



Physical training today was ok today aside from my never ending shin splints. We did a 2.4 mile run and unlike last year, I wasn't last. I kept a steady pace and felt good. I must say that my Brooks running shoes are doing the trick.



Between the shoes and Tylenol arthritis extra strength I should be just fine.

The best part was that I closed out the day with 16 pull-ups. 3 more than I did the day before. Ganksta!
